BUEN PROVECHO!!!

So-called "ears" is one of the desserts of the carnivals of Galicia. In addition to taking them as dessert, you can take breakfast, snack, or really when you feel hungry!

Many people have been curious about this dish of homemade pastries and asked me where they are. Although there are variations in the recipe, here applies the rule that "each has his own" and thus leave different depending on who makes them and the way that every cook

Fat mass or thin-crust, crunchy, depending on the amounts, for crispy here I leave them the way:

RECIPE:
Ingredients:

800 g flour
2 eggs
1 small glass of anise
100 g butter, melted
1 cup warm water
Salt and sugar
Oil for frying

How to prepare:
Mix the butter with warm water, you add the eggs, salt and anise and you add the flour until it forms a mass that works hard to stay with league. Stretched, cut into rectangles and fry in abundant oil. Serve sprinkled with plenty of sugar.
Note: The dough needs to be worked enough and elastic.
- A convenient way is to give a ball doing about a nutty, stretching the dough and then introduced into the pan. With the aid of a knife or fork, in the center of lateral thrust in the mass inwards to achieve the form having the pig's ear.

ENJOY!!!
