Puedes probar la paella Valenciana, la paella Alicantina, la caldereta de Menorca, el arroz de la Costa Brava, el arroz negro, el "arroz ciego" y muchas variedades más, pero decir cual es mejor es tarea algo difícil. En Galicia, aprovechando los frutos del mar, se prepara el arroz con bogavante, ideal para compartir en una terraza frente al mar!!! DELICIOSO!!!
