El pueblo de Lalín (Galicia, España) hoy está de fiesta! y no es para menos pues se celebra la XLIV edición de la Feria del Cocido. Una fiesta gastronómica considerada de interés turístico nacional.
Un plato tradicional y típico de las fiestas de carnaval en Galicia.
Con un proceso de preparación muy laborioso, a base de cabeza de cerdo, oreja, lacón, costilla, garbanzos, grelos (tipo de verdura gallega), patatas, chorizos... todo cocido y regado con un buen vino tinto!!!
De postre no pueden faltar las filloas, orejas y cañas, leche frita y las rosquillas!
Bueno, vayamos a degustar tan delicioso manjar!

With a very laborious process, based on pig's head, ear, pork, ribs, beans, turnip greens (Galician type of vegetable), potatoes, sausages ... all cooked and irrigated with a good red wine!
For dessert you can not miss the "filloas" (crepes), "orejas"and "cañas" (typical sweets), fried milk and "rosquillas" (small donuts)!
Well, we will taste as delicious food!
